آپ نے “زعفران” کے استعمال کے بارے میں پوچھا ہے۔ زعفران ایک قیمتی مصالحہ اور جڑی بوٹی ہے جس کے کئی طریقہ ہائے استعمال ہیں۔ ذیل میں تفصیل پیش ہے۔
### زعفران کے عام استعمال:
1. **کھانوں میں**: زعفران کو کھانوں میں خوشبو اور رنگ کے لیے استعمال کیا جاتا ہے۔
* **طریقہ**: ۴ سے ۵ ریشے زعفران کے تھوڑے سے گرم دودھ یا پانی میں بھگو کر پیس لیں، پھر اسے بریانی، پلاؤ، کھیر یا کسی بھی ڈش میں ملا دیں۔
* **مثال**: زعفرانی پلاؤ، زعفرانی کھیر۔
2. **دودھ یا چائے میں**: صحت کے فوائد کے لیے دودھ یا چائے میں ملا کر پیا جاتا ہے۔
