Psyllium Husk (اسپغول کا چھلکا) is used to treat constipation. It increases the bulk in your stool, an effect that helps to cause movement of the intestines. Isbaghol Husk Psyllium, one type of bulk-forming laxative, has also been used along with a proper diet to treat high cholesterol. It also works by increasing the amount of water in the stool, making the stool softer and easier to pass.

Recommended to use 1or 2 tablespoons with hot milk or water 1 to 2 times a day for adults and for children half tablespoon is enough in a day.
