How to use?

Preparation:

1. Soak Overnight: Combine 2 tbsp each of Amla, Reetha, and Shikakai in 4 cups of water. Let soak for 8–12 hours.

2. Boil & Cool: Simmer the mixture for 15–20 minutes, strain, and let cool to room temperature.

Application:

• Hair Wash: Use the liquid as a shampoo, massaging into the scalp and hair. Rinse thoroughly.

• Hair Mask: Mix the boiled pulp with yogurt or aloe vera gel; apply for 30 minutes before rinsing.

• Pre-Oiling: For deeper nourishment, apply coconut or sesame oil 2–3 hours before washing.
