🧴 How to Use Sidr Leaves Powder

1. For Hair (as a shampoo or mask)

Ingredients:

• 2–3 tbsp Sidr powder

• Warm water (enough to make a paste)

• Optional: 1 tsp honey or aloe vera gel

Steps:

1. Mix into a smooth paste.

2. Let it rest 10–15 minutes.

3. Apply on wet scalp and hair.

4. Leave for 15–30 minutes.

5. Rinse with warm water (no shampoo needed).

6. Use 1–2 times per week.

Tip: Sidr does not remove henna or herbal dyes, so it’s safe for colored hair.

2. For Skin (as a face or body mask)

Ingredients:

• 1 tsp Sidr powder

• Rose water / plain water / honey

Steps:

1. Mix to form a smooth paste.

2. Apply on clean face or affected area.

3. Leave for 10–15 minutes.

4. Rinse gently with lukewarm water.

Benefits: Clears acne, tightens pores, gives glow.

3. For Oral Hygiene

• Mix a pinch of Sidr powder with water.

• Rub gently on teeth and gums for 2–3 minutes.

• Rinse thoroughly.

4. For Spiritual Cleansing (Ruqyah use)

Traditional Method:

1. Mix 7 Sidr leaves (or 1 tsp powder) in water.

2. Recite over it Surah Al-Fatihah, Ayat-ul-Kursi, Surah Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq, and An-Naas.

3. Drink some of the water and bathe with the rest.

   • (Used for removing effects of sihr, ayn, or jinn).
